Exchange Policy

Within 7 days from the date of your purchase, an exchange can be made for unused/unopened merchandise in its original packaging with the original receipt at our retail shop. An exchange is valid for merchandise at the same or higher price values, customers are responsible to make up the price difference for merchandise at higher price values, if applicable. Customers are responsible for all additional or extra shipping and handling charges for exchanged items, if applicable. No other return and no refund options are accepted. The Company reserves the right of final decision and to change this policy.
